Does the visa fee change if I apply from a different country ?

I am currently living in the UK, and I am a Nigerian citizen. I want to apply for an X2 visa from the UK but I am unsure how much my visa fee would be.

You need to pay £94 if applying in UK for a single-entry one. If in Nepal, it costs RS6,100.
