May I visit China for personal trip with 10 years M visa

My 10 years M visa expires in 2026. May I use it for personal trip? If not, do I have to get an invitation from a company in China?

Yes, you can enter China with it. Actually, once in China, your itinerary will be seldomly tracked or checked.
