About:China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Latest entering date with Green card.

I have the Green card. It will expire on Oct. 12, 2023.
I plan to visit my home country and will return end of July 2023.
Do I need renew green card before I leave?
What is the latest day I need to return to China, if I do not renew the Green card?

Yes, you need to renew it; this is for sure. But I'm not clear how long in advance should you do that before it expires. At least you need to get a new one before the current one expires. Maybe you can call the office to consult the processing time.
