About:China Train

We are flying into Shanghai Pudong. Can train tickets be collected from the train station at the airport even if it is a metro station.

I'm afraid no. You need to collect them at one of the railway stations or railway ticket outlets in town. Actually, you can just get onboard showing the ID certificate used for booking the e-tickets, saving the trouble of collecting the paper ones.
