About:Do I Need A Visa for Guangzhou If Traveling from Hong Kong?

Singaporean travelling to hongkong, then to guangzhou for a 1D1N

Hi, if i'm a traveller with a Singapore passport travelling to Hong Kong for leisure purpose, and would like to travel to GuangZhou from Hongkong for one day one night, do I need to apply for a visa?

If you will return to HK after, a visa will be needed and you need to apply for one in advance.

If you go back to Singapore after, in which case your itinerary will be HK - Guangzhou - Singapore, you will be eligible for the 144-hour visa free transit. However, to obtain it, you need to fly into Guangzhou and have the hard copy of the flight ticket from Guangzhou to Singapore in hand.
