Indonesian Passport

Hello, Can I apply VOA in ShenZhen but I go to Xiamen by Train ?
I have applied China Visa twice 5 years ago.

You can apply for Shenzhen VOA as you have an old China visa. But it limits to Shenzhen only and you cannot travel to Xiamen with it.
