About:China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

can I apply for a permanent residency after I was rejected once?

I had applied for a permanent residency but because of a fine, I was not granted it the first time, is it worth applying again or not?

You should know that only very a few people have obtained the permanent residence permit and it's not easy for ordinary people to get it. Before making great contributions to China, it's not recommended to apply again.
