About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Maid traveling visa to China

Hi . I come from China . I have a maid under my name . I’d like to bring her back to China mainland on June 2023. Is it allowed if I apply the visa for her from Chinese embassy and bring her back to China with me . And what kind of material I need to prepare. How long the visa will be in valid

Your maid needs a work visa, which alllows her to stay in China for long, usually consistent with the job contract. In addition to passport, the most important requirement is a work permit issued by China government. See more details here: travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/work.htm

She have work visa in malaysia . And have working contact with me . We have 2 year working contacts ? Is it enough? How could I apply China working visa for her ?
