About:Chinese Permanent Residence Permit

PR application for foreigner

Can I apply for a "green card" if I'm on a spousal visa? I've been living here since 2007. Married since 2010 with 2 children. I've been on the spousal visa for 5 or 6 years now. My wife own 2 homes in her name and we have enough money in the bank.

You may give it a try. But as I know, the "green card" is only given to those making great contributions to China. If failed, you can apply for a 10-year spouse visa.
