apply Q2 China Visa in Hongkong

I am planning to visit HongKong and China with my three years old son. I already have Q2 visa, but my son does not. Can we apply a Q2 visa for him while in Hongkong? He holds US passport.

Yes, it's feasible. You need to submit the requirements to China visa service center in HK.
