Apply for Q2 visa for my husband

Hi I am Chinese citizen living in Europe and my husband holds an European passport. We registered marriage in Denmark and we hold a marriage certificate from Denmark (with 4 languages including English). However, we never registered this marriage with Chinese embassy. If my husband wants to apply for Q2 visa, can we use our Danish marriage certificate? Thank you!

Yes you can but you need to have the marriage certificate authenticated in China embassy in Denmark.
