Working and citizenship in china

Hi can you work and buy or rent a house with a Q1 visa and family reunion residence?

Can I apply for Chinese citizenship when I'm born in china? Where can I get Chinese citizenship please

To work in China, you need a work visa. Of course you can rent a house here; it doesn't matter which type of visa you have.

Born in China and if one of your parents is Chinese, you can apply for China citizenship at local police station.
