About:China Family Reunion Visa
Which relatives qualify for Q2 visa?
Q2 visa states it is for 'relatives' of Chinese citizens, but doesn't specify how broadly 'relatives' are defined. My wife and her parents immigrated from China, but are all currently US citizens. So my closest relatives that are Chinese citizens would be my wife's grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Based on that, would I be able to qualify for a Q2 visa?
