About:China Talent Visa

R visa and work/resident permit

I have R visa and Work/Resident permit; my R visa’s validity is till june 2031, but my Work/resident permit will expire in late April 2023. I’m not in China at the moment. My question is, do I required to enter China before my work/residence permit expires or I can visit after it’s expiry too because I’ll still have an R visa?

Don't worry, you can enter China any time only if you have a valid visa. But you need another work permit if it expires.
