About:China Tourist Visa

I have a valid L visa that expires in 2026. Can I enter China on this visa in March of 2023?

It's still unknown when the previsous visas will turn valid again.

I'm from the Philippines, so that means tourist is not open now?

Yes, the border has not opened for tourism yet.
