visa rejected ,how to know the actual reason?

Question

I was in china last 8 years , before the covid19 i back to india and my visa expired ,now I need back to china so I have applied china M visa , but it was rejected, saying that previously has bad record of applicant, how I can get actual reason for rejection,I have mailed to embassy but not reply , what do next ?

Maybe wait patiently for the response and apply again. As China opens to foreigners on January 8th, it will be easier to apply for a visa than before. Good luck~
