Getting a Z Visa with only a Work permit

Good day,

I want to find out if we will be able to get a Z Visa to go and work in China with just a Work Permit from China ?
We also already have out police clearance but it is not notarized.

Will this be fine or do we need to get things notarized?

As I know, police clearance is not a must. But currently, they require certificates of vaccines which were licensed or approved for emergency use by China or the World Health Organization.
