Love life

Hello. I am born on 27/11/97 and the guy i love is born on 22/02/1996. Despite having 95% perfect match, the relationship did not work. They guy did not feel attracted towards me and he was in oove with someone else.
Can you please advise whether guys born in rat year are most likely to return back one day?
