I was born in 5 Jan 1977, dragon year. I have been working in this current company for almost 5 years now. I love working here and get along well with everyone. I do get promoted almost every two years. But I do not get much pay here. And I won't have much to climb the professional ladder in this company. Should I change job/company? I want to have more pay and advance my career.
