Student Visa
Hi I am a Zimbabwean I got a place in a Chinese University in September 2020 but due to the restrictions caused by the pandemic I could not go I have been learning online now the University has given me a letter giving me the permission that I can now come to the campus. The university told me I'm in the first batch of students to return now others in 1st batch who are from other countries are going back but they did not give us jw202 forms so I want to know is it possible for me as well in our embassy to apply for the student visa with out it.
