Dear Sir/MadamThis is Thomas and a Ghanaian for that matter. I'm a businessman who have been going to China for quite now And I  would like to find out if your august office has started working on business visa application and that of  students visa application because my son who has greatest interest in studying in China has gained admission into one of your universities. He intend to take over my business in future after completion of his studies in great China. Thanks for your attention and hope to hear from your end at your possible time and soon.

For applying business visa, you need to have a PU letter from Chinese government for necessary business activities, while for student visa, you should first have an admission letter issued by the recruiting school in China. With these proof, you can take other regular documents like valid passport, visa application form and photos to summit your visa application.
