About:China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Do I need agreement from my employer?

Can I apply for a permanent resident permit for employment without the recommendation or approval from my current employer? I meet all of the criteria for applying (time in china, salary, tax paid, no criminal record etc.)

You can't. A letter of recommendation from your current employer is essential.
