Can I get student visa if I have hepatitis B?

I would like to apply Chinese government scholarship but I have hepatitis B. I worried about the disease. So, I would like to get detail information about regulation about hepatitis B. If I apply student visa, can I get or not?
Please reply me. If I know early, the visa rejection for hepatitis B , I will not apply the scholarship.

I'm afraid you can not apply for a student visa, not because of the hepatitis B, but the covid-19.
