can i get into china with m visa issued in 2019?

I obtained my M Visa in 2019. I know that China stopped accepting foreigners with visa issued before a certain time period due to COVID in 2020, but I don't see any information on this now (except that they are accepting foreigners with M Visas as long as the foreigner has been vaccinated).Am I able to get into China right now with this 2019-issued M Visa?

Sorry, you can't get into China right now with this M visa. If you are in an emergency, you can try to apply for a new visa.
