About:Requirements for China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Retire in China

I married my wife (Hong Kong) 9 years ago. I have been working in PRC from December 2013 to April 2017 and being re-employed by the company again since August 2019 till present, expected that the project will end sometime in 2021 June. I'm having the intention to retire in China in the next 2 years, what are requirements for me to obtain a permanent residency?
