How can I get visa and how can i married in china

Sir, ma'am I have a chinese boyfriend in online but not met yet in person and we have a plan to get married in china what do i need to get visa and get married in china? Please help me.

In normal cases, you can apply for a tourist visa to go to China and get married with your boyfriend. However, at present, you can't get the tourist visa due to covid restrictions.
