Student Visa

Hi Sir/Madam,
I'm from Malaysia. I would like to confirm it is Malaysian citizen possible to apply the studnet visa (X1) to China now (during this pandemic)?
What is the latest requirements needed by China Embassy for student visa approval to China? Kindly advise. Thank you

The China visa application service center in your country has been closed since this June 1 due to the latest outbreak of Covid-19 and the reopen time is unknown yet.
