Best date to move to a new house

Hi. I would like to ask when will be the best date for us to move to a new house this June and July 2021? Our house is facing north. My birthday is Aug.8 1977, my husband is July 17, 1975. Our son July 17, 2003 and daughter was May 22, 2008. Thank you. More power!
