About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Work permit expired July 26.. No return flight to India

Hi thanks for your detailed explanation.. My brother in laws work permit is expiring on July 26.. There are no flights back to India or any repatriation missions.. Please let me know which visa he should apply for a possible 2-3 months stay so that he can be a legal alien till the flights open up..Please help with this dire situation..

Temporary visa. Actually, you don't need to brother about it. The staff will decide the visa type during the process.
