About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

i am on a student visa and can i change to a family visa?

My brother works in china is it possible to be under his visa and which visa would i have to apply for

It's possible for you to get a S2 visa under your brother but it's longest duration of stay is regularly 180 days.
