Can you change M visa to Z Visa?

I have an M visa and I recently got a jo. How can i change it to a Z visa?

It's possible for you to change the visa type in China, but not guaranteed. The Z visa requirements include passport, recent photo, application form, invitation letter from employee and sometime work permit.
