Can i get direct hire job this year?

Beginning of this year i loose my chance to get direct hire job which i am waiting last 11 year. All my juniors got direct hire job. But my self feeling very dull in front of them.my dream is this oneSo can i get chance for interview and will i get direct hire job this year?My born date is 02/10/1986
