Can i change business visa to student visa?

Right now because of corona China not giving student visa. For example i have business visa and im in China if i apply school and take all the documents can i apply student visa in China and can i change my visa type to student visa in China? Because of corona i cant go back to my country and if ı go back china will not give me sstudent visa.

Yes, it's possible to change your business visa to a student type within China. But it's not guaranteed.
