PR through Marraige

I'm Married to a Chinese national for 8 years have 2 children and have stayed and worked the whole time in China. What other requirements are needed. I'm based out of Hangzhou

1. Have lived in mainland for five years in a row, and the annual stay here is no shorter than nine months;
2. have stable and secured living status and place to live;
3. Certificate of health;
4. Proof of no criminal record abroad.
