Chinese passport renew: My Chinese passport expired in April 2021

I need new passport to apply US Visa to visit my parents. It’s urgent since they haven’t seen me for long time due to COVID and my Mom is sad and can’t sleep recently causing health condition. What I should do to get passport renewed?

You can make an appoinment at ppt.mfa.gov.cn/appo/index.html to renew your passport.
