About:Requirements for Permanent Residence Permit

I have a girlfriend who live in China and I'm confused what type of visa should apply.

A tourist or permanent residence? Thank you.

Currently during the pandemic period, I'm afraid you cannot get either of them.

Ask your girlfriend to visit you in your country and get married. Then apply for family visa.
