regarding the e visa appliction opened by the chinese embassy is it applicable for students

hi recently the Chinese embassy has started e visa application in various embassies across the globe can you please tell me is it also open for students or we need to wait for confirmation fro mofa regarding students return after that we should apply

Hello there, as I know, China has not opened the e-visa application in any country yet. You still need to apply for a paper visa attached to your passport.

They have started E-Visa ,and students visa option is active,but don't know about the acceptance
