About:China Family Reunion Visa

My wife and my son are with me outside of China.

Can I get Q1 visa during this pandemic ?
What if i get any kind of vaccine rather than Chinese vaccination?
Is this possible for my wife to give me invitation letter,while she is still with me in my hometown?Or I need to ask for the invitation letter from my family in law those who currently live in China,even my wife holding all of her relevant documents regarding this matter such as her Chinese ID, and passport.
