Evening activities in Shanghai

For the first night, you can take a leisurely walk along the Bund which is famous for its spectacular night view, then go to a nearby shopping street, Nanjing Road where you can stroll around and taste some local snacks. For the secend night, you can go to Shanghai World Financial Center and have a bird's-eye view of the city from its sightseeing observatory and skywalk, and then proceed to the neary Xintiandi which contains shikumen residences and several upscale restaurants. Apart from the places I mentions above, Oriental Pearl Tower and Shanghai Disneyland Resort are also good night tour destinations. You can arrage according to your own schedule.
