About:Slender West Lake

Work visa application was rejected under own company

My company just established in Feb 2021 in Shanghai. Also I have bank account and office space rented. Work Permit is also successfully issued in Mar 2021. However, the immigration officer rejected my work visa application without giving me a definite reasons. I did unintentionally overstayed for 10days but it was already taken care of. What do you think is the real reason I was rejected here? All of these processes I did it without an agent. Thanks in advance!

I guess it was because of the overstaying history.

The same what happened to my mom. They didn’t tell us the exact reason. My mom has no bad record . Is just her present visa is expiring so we need to apply for a new one. And now the scary part is that they refuse to approve the visa and they will go to our apartment to ask questions . I don’t know what is happening
