Can I get a Philippines passport for my 1years old baby in china

I am yassi , I live now in China and my husband is Chinese , he have problem in china that’s why he doesn’t come home for almost 10months , and I want to go home to Philippine with my baby . Is there a possibility that I can bring my baby back home , and what should I need to do ?

You can go to the Philippines embassy in China to apply for a passport for your baby and consult about the affairs.
