About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Time in between each visa free visit

Is there a minimum amount of time before you can use the 144-hour visa free transit again? For example, fly from London - Beijing - Seoul. Could I then re-enter China from Seoul using the 144-hour visa free transit again after only leaving China a couple of days ago?
