Please how can a lady married to a chinese come to china now.

Her chinese husband came back to china after their wedding to resume work immediately, his Nigerian wife went to apply for visa at lagos embassy twice before the outbreak of covid 19 in 2020. But embassy didn't issue her visa then, Now she is stuck in Nigerian alone. But she and her husband are so worried, please when is Abuja embassy issuing Marriage visa/ visiting visa. So that their marriage would be safe please🙏.
