A Filipino, currently on F1-OPT visa working for US company in the United States.

A Filipino, currently on F1-OPT visa working for a US company in the United States. Am I eligible to apply for a Chinese business visa (M) under current pandemic?

If you can get a PU or TE invitation letter from your Chinese business partner, then you will be able to apply for the business visa.
