Spouse visa moving to work visa...currently living in Shanghai

Hi there,

I'm wondering with the current COVID situation and restriction on travel, is there a new channel to get Z-Visa/Work Permit without leaving China (as leaving China to my home country Australia would require multiple quarantines if my trip was even permitted). I've been in China for 6 years and previously held a work permit for 6 years (Australian originally).

Thank you!

If you have got a job offer in China, you can change your spouse visa to a work visa providing that your employer can get a work permit for you.
