The possibility of getting a student visa

I want to understand as to whether there is a possibility of getting student visa and whether if your documents is expired at time, and it's not your fault that it's. Will the embassy still issue you visa ?

Currently, it seems not possible to get a student visa of China. Anyway, you can apply for one after China opens its border when the global epidemic situation is improved.
