Will I transfer to a new house or will renew the present condo unit contract? (Apr 17, 1962)

You didn't directly reply if I could transfer to a new house before July 2021 ends. Is it yes or no? I like my present unit but it has high rental. Will I be able to transfer to a new house or will renew the contract of lease? (April 17, 1962)
