Arriving to China by Yacht..

I am planning to sail to China, is it possible to apply for visa directly at entry or do I have to do it in advance. The problem is that I don´t know exactly when I arrive.
Swedish citizen.

You have to get a visa in advance and I don't think it will be feasible to arrive in China by a yacht.
