are jw201 documents being issued now?

Question

I applied for teaching work through an agency in China this February, he mailed jw201 paper to me after 10 working days and promised to send the original copy once boarder opens. He charged me $1000, I have paid half of the money.But I don't know if the company is real or fake.Please help me because if I don't find out on time concerning their authenticity, many people will be victim here in Nigeria. I have the company name, phone number and address as they gave me.

Well, actually the JW201 form is for students, I am curious why you need this as an applicant wanting to teach in China. Maybe there is something wrong with the company.
