I'm student can I apply for business visa

hello I'm international students studying in China now I'm in Pakistan I'm fresh students I haven't received my JW.
can I apply for business visa ?

Ali, I'm afraid you cannot apply for a business visa as it is issued to those who intend to conduct business activities in China but you are not one of them.
